Weihai Architectural Design Institute Co.,ltd was established in February 1975 and its predecessor was a design department set up by WeiHai Infrastructure Committee. In 1984 Weihai Architectural Design Institute was established with the approval of Weihai Government. In 2001, the institute was reorganized to a limited company. It is a comprehensive design company with I-Class qualification and mainly deals with construction project designing.
Our company has about 25 employees have been awarded the title of either National First-Class registered architect, registered structural engineer, registered layout engineer, registered equipment engineer or registered cost engineer. Those young and high-quality talents infuse energy to Weihai Architectural Design Institute Co.,ltd and promote the company’s development.
The company’s design qualification covers the field of architecture project, city planning, landscaping and gardening, municipal road and drainage and intellectual construction. We also hold the qualification of conducting cost auditing. Specialities are made up of layout, architecture, structure, H.V, A/C, water supply and drainage, electric lighting, landscaping and gardening, municipal road, automatic control and construction economic analyse. We mainly deal with large-scale industrial and civilian architectural design, city and housing layout and design, building intellectual automatic-control design, gardening and landscaping design, municipal project design, project technology consultancy and cost auditing.
